Group I features 2022 finalists France alongside Senegal, Iraq and Norway. Les Bleus open against African champions Senegal on June 16 at New York New Jersey Stadium — a heavyweight first-day fixture. Kylian Mbappé arrives in his prime, supported by an elite generation of midfielders and defenders.
Erling Haaland's Norway, plus Senegal and Iraq
Norway return to the World Cup for the first time since 1998, with Erling Haaland leading the line — the most prolific striker in world football.
